The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn has several debateable topics. Some of the most controversial debates that this book brings out are race, is this text really racist or not?, sexuality, wether or not Huck and Jim have a sexual realtionship between them or are they just really good friends? all these controversies makes this book so interesting. That's why it's worthy to keep on having discussions in English classrooms. There's always going to be several people with different ideas and argument about the topics that's why it is important that we keep on debating them. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is a great text and brings out alot of controversies.

It's clear which Essay question you've responded to, but there are no specific points to support your thoughts. Share your thoughts or thought into the response to give us a better sense of what you think. Why specifically do you think it's worthy of discussion?
I agree with your point that there will always be discussion about this topic. A good way to use some supporting materials would be to use discussions that we have had in class about these controversies and quotes from the book making the controversies apparent.
I feel that you a good point of veiw there is a great deal of confustion as to what is or is not the point with-in the story. But can you give my more specific thoughts or pick one you feel stronging about.
Your at a good start. I would bring in more examples of maybe people that argued agaisnt or for your argument to make it have more depth and also help bring support to what you are arguing.

I also think that it would help to specifically talk about what discussions you think would come from the book. What about race or gender would make a good class discussion?

I siding with everyone. so i wont repeat it all again but this way only a 100 word short statemnt to begin your point so just continue on with what you are trying to convey with more details for depth.
